These links have been categorized into a teachers' section and a parents' section but all links are for anyone to visit of course.
If you come across a site which you think should be included here, please e-mail the webmaster with the link. To do this simply copy and paste the web address from the address bar at the top of your browser screen into the e-mail you send. Tui reserves the right to only include the very best of sites in this list. Please also let her know if for any reason any of the links on the school lists are no longer working or if a site has become unsuitable for any reason. Sites do change, so constant vigilance from all of us is helpful to keep everything up to top standard.

  • NZ Association of Mathematics Teachers
  • TKI Maths Community The maths resource centre on Te Kete Ipurangi (NZ Teachers central site)
  • The Mathematical Association of Victoria - this is a bit like an Australian version of TKI but since most maths is not nationality specific, who cares! If its useful let's use it.

  • Netsafe - Internet safety considerations with sections for schools, teachers, parents and children.
  • KinderArt - The Big List This section of the KinderArt website is an extensive list of art and craft lesson plans written by teachers. Don't be put off by the expression 'kinder' - Americans use it to mean children of primary school age.
  • NASA - Anything you want to know about space for our up and coming space focus in Term 4 2002
  • NIE (Newspapers in Education) site
  • English Online - a site for English teachers (years 1-13) which includes teaching resources, networks and research for teachers and student projects and publication opportunities..
  • Skills for Living - Everything you need to help you with these great programmes, sponsored by Lions Club.
  • Te Kete Ipurangi or TKI, is the MOE website for New Zealand teachers. It has heaps of great resources.
  • Tomorrow's Schools Today Online Teacher's Resource Guide/weekly news/monthly magazine and virtual school purchasing directory. Well worth the trip! Some great graphics too!
  • Lisa Blau's Readers' Theatre scripts (many suit our junior classes)
  • Aaron Shepard's Readers' Theatre scripts (suitable for our older children)
