    • NZ Maths is an AWESOME website created by the New Zealand Ministry of Education and includes endless mathematics resources and teaching ideas both suitable for at school and at home.

    • CountOn a UK site - guaranteed to get everyone enjoying maths! Try the Sudoku page while you're there!
    • Coolmath - another inspiring maths site where you will learn to love maths.
    • The Maths Dictionary - you have to visit this and spend a few hours exploring it to believe it.

    • Discovery.com The discovery Channel's children's section - a wealth of entertainment and learning available here.
    • Cleopatra's Palace - In Search of a Legend Cleopatra's palace, which is lying underwater in Alexandria's harbour, is being excavated. Investigate this underwater archaeological project, find out about the life and times of Cleopatra (you can listen to the story of Cleopatra online), and play the Cleopatra's World game.
    • I kids and Youth Educational Page Using the web site of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), students can find out about the history and mission of the FBI. They can follow a case from start to finish as it makes its way through various units of the FBI laboratory, take the special agent challenge, follow a life in the day of an agent and play interactive games.

    • An American website, has a page called Envirofun with a message of importance to children around the world. It lets you have fun as you learn.
    • Explore Environment Waikato to learn about Environmental thinking in our own region and perhaps compare it to the Auckland Version.
    • Make sure you visit the Maungatautari Mountain web site where some very exciting conservation action is happening.
    • Carefully read the "pests" page of our own Pirongia mountain web site, where there is some rather scary conservation information for those who love our mountain.
