What a week! We kicked off our healthy eating program. Tracey from Energize came in this week and taught us all about "glow" foods and "slow" foods. We have to think about what we are putting into our bodies and the affect these foods are having on our bodies. Also we need to be mindful especially of sugar that is in our drinks and fat that is in the takeaways we tend to treat ourselves, possibly one to many times.
